We have booked several family trips with Sarah. She is resourceful, knowledgeable and persistent on helping us find the best deal. Last family trip to Mexico, my mother got seriously injured. Sarah was immediately available, made calls to airlines and guided our family on the options we had if my mom decided to return home. Her genuine concern and her follow-up with our family did not go unnoticed. We thank her for her guidance and will continue to use her for all of our trips.

Cannot say enough about Sarah Gustin. I have consulted with her on many trips over the past 9 years and she is amazing. She makes trip planning so easy and searches until she finds you exactly what you are looking for. On my trip 3 weeks ago to Turks & Caicos, she was online trying to figure out how to get us home while I was in the air knowing we would not make our connecting flight. If it weren't for her, we would have spent the night at the airport. She is a gem and I can't thank her enough for going the extra mile and being such an expert at her job. I owe you Sarah!

Mary Ann was absolutely amazing to work with! My husband and I had the most perfect honeymoon at the Hideaway Punta Cana, all thanks to Mary Ann for setting everything up for us! Besides the awesome stay at our resort, we went on two wonderful excursions (4x4 atv ride to a blue lagoon/catamaran cruise to a sandbar with an amazing lunch and our second excursion was swimming with the dolphins). Mary Ann also set up a very romantic dinner on the beach for us at our resort. We will definitely be using Mary Ann again for any big trips we take! Thanks S.W. Travel, Inc!

Mary Ann helped me plan 2 amazing trips this summer! First, she coordinated 9 of us to get away for my bachelorette trip to Mexico and we couldn’t have had more fun! Thank you to SW Travel and Sarah for making our honeymoon in St. Lucia an incredible and memorable experience! We loved every minute at Sandals Halcyon as well as our added excursions Sarah helped us add to our registry. We were able to hike, take a Jeep tour, do a massage, and a candlelight dinner. Everything from the flights to the shuttles between all the Sandals resorts was explained to us by Sarah and was such a smooth process. She even went above and beyond with checking in on my passport to make sure we didn’t run into any issues. We are so grateful for her time and for the amazing memories we will forever share from our trip!
